Jean-Noël Wong Wan Khin appointed CEO of CIEL Properties

CIEL Properties is pleased to announce the appointment of Jean-Noël Wong Wan Khin as Chief Executive Officer, effective from January 1^st, 2024.

Jean-Noël joined CIEL Properties in 2023 as COO and his expertise and contributions have already proven to be of substantial value across the different business units and projects.

Prior to joining CIEL Properties, Jean-Noël made significant contributions to strategic projects at Semaris and NMH. He has over 25 years of experience in various industries including real estate, with an extensive expertise in property development, M&A, finance and operational management. Over the past decade, he held several executive positions where he played a key role in leading and executing various strategic initiatives.

In his new role as CEO, Jean-Noël’s focus will be dedicated to leveraging his experience to steer CIEL Properties towards continued growth and expansion into new markets and client segments.
