Evolis Properties is a mixed-use property investment vehicle, wholly owned by CIEL Group, with a portfolio of prime properties in Mauritius valued at approximately MUR 1.8 billion.
With a gross lettable area of 72,000 m² consisting of premium offices, industrial, retail, warehousing facilities and an additional 69,000 m² of lands earmarked for future development, the company aims to consolidate its current positioning by focusing on the regeneration of the Group’s industrial buildings and creating distinctive offerings that meet the needs of an ever-evolving generation of economic and social actors.
We are currently looking for a dynamic Brand Executive.
BRAND EXECUTIVE
Reporting to the Head of Business Unit, the selected candidate will provide marketing and communications knowhow and strategies for Evolis and the brands within the portfolio.
What you will be doing:
- Develop brand guidelines for Evolis and ensure proper implementation
- Lead projects to improve the customer experience of tenants
- Follow up on budgets and cost management
- Work with the Head of Business Unit to develop the marketing strategy
- Assist in new property development projects
- Participate in defining strategic plan to create brand equity and visibility amongst targeted audiences
- Coordinate brand content creation and posting across all social media channels
What are we looking for?
- A degree in marketing or any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Exposure to the commercial property industry will be a definite advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Digitally savvy
- Solid organisational and planning skills
- Multitasking and can do attitude
- Ability to work independently
