SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR - SUN RESORTS
We are looking for a talented and diligent System Administrator who will be responsible for the IT infrastructure at Sun Resorts. He/She will ensure that all systems in the company's network run smoothly and securely. The System Administrator will also be a team player, willing to handle all support requests promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and maintain the systems hardware and software and any other related infrastructure such as servers and networks;
- Be responsible for backup and replication systems;
- Perform monitoring of systems performance on a pre-defined frequency;
- Manage servers, cloud-based services and portable devices;
- Investigate, diagnose and IT related issues;
- Create and maintain technical documentations;
- Recommend new approaches to improve the IT infrastructure;
- Propose enhancement of existing systems, procedures and policies; and
- Provide IT support to business users at Corporate Office and affiliated offices.
Profile:
- Holder of a degree in Information Systems or Information Technology;
- At least 2-5 years of working experience in a similar position;
- MCSE and Azure Certifications will be an advantage;
- Experience with Office 365, Backup and Virtual Machines setups and topologies;
- Analytical and solution oriented;
- Ability to prioritize a wide range of workload with critical deadlines;
- Ability to work odd hours to resolve emergency issues promptly if required; and
- Possess a valid driving license.
