GROUP GUEST EXPERIENCE DESIGNER
Reporting to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and Chief Executive Officer, the Group Guest Experience Designer will be responsible for driving SUN’s guest experiences, creating innovative concepts to delight our guests.
What will you be doing?
- Conceptualise, craft and implement new Guest Experiences in line with new travelling trends and SUN Brand promises;
- Being in a transversal role, drive Guest Experience Innovation forums and budget while also inculcating an innovative mind-set and attitude across the Group;
- Perform market analysis to assess consumer needs and identify new travelling trends;
- Perform research and benchmarking exercises with regards to innovative concepts in the hospitality industry;
- Integrate new digital tools and sustainability concepts in the Guest Experience journey;
- Advocate for guests’ needs in the development and deployment of projects and strategies throughout the organization;
- Measure and track the success of guest experiences;
- Work closely with hotel operations and other departments such as Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Finance, amongst others, for the implementation of guest experiences.
Who are you?
- Enthusiastic, creative and passionate Talent with:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales or any other relevant field;
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a commercial and creative role;
- A passion to create new experiences for customers;
- A solid understanding of innovation and how it should be applied in business;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Autonomous and entrepreneurial skills;
- Project Management skills;
- Forward-thinking mind-set and adaptable to dynamic situations.
