CIEL’s Head Office is currently looking for a dynamic Communications & Events Coordinator.
COMMUNICATIONS & EVENTS COORDINATOR
Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Manager and the Group Head of Corporate & Regulatory Affairs, the selected candidate will be mainly responsible to provide administrative support to the Corporate and Regulatory Affairs department.
What you will be doing:
- Provide communication and marketing support to the clusters and affiliates.
- Assist in coordinating, writing, compiling information, editing, lay outing and distributing all deliverables to key stakeholders.
- Assist in developing internal communications programmes and processes required to support organisational change and employee engagement initiatives.
- Review and propose initiatives with regards to the communication plan.
- Ensure branding and communication collaterals are always up to date.
- Propose best practices in the industry by carrying out market research and benchmarking.
- Research, review and share CoRA related matters in a digestible format.
- Facilitate effective internal communications and contribute to further develop communication plans, tools, and activities.
- Assist with all aspects related to the planning and logistical organisation of meetings, working groups and events.
- Assist in the organisation of Group events.
What are we looking for?
- A diploma or degree in any related field from a recognised university
- At least 1 year’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent understanding of economic, legal and social framework
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative and Innovative
