The retail activity commenced in 1982 selling excess 'factory' stocks at the Mangalkhan Boutique. Since then, the retailing activity has expanded considerably, employing its own designers, sourcing within and outside the CIEL Textile group and bring run as an independent activity within the knitwear cluster.

Today, the retail sector is comprised of Floreal Boutiques, with 4 sales outlets around the island, selling predominantly pullovers made of excess yarns and cashmere collections.

The Harris Wilson brand, with 5 'managed' outlets as well as 3rd party sales points including the Airport duty free shops.
