	Harold MAYER Chief Executive Officer CIEL Textile Group Holder of a Bachelor of Commerce and qualified as Chartered Accountant - South Africa, he joined the group in 1989 where he was appointed as Head of Finance of New Island Clothing Ltd. In 1995, he was appointed as General Manager of Aquarelle Clothing Ltd and promoted as Chief Operating Officer of the Clothing Operations. Since June 2006 he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of CIEL Textile Group

	Eddy YEUNG KANG CHING Chief Operating Officer Textile Operations Holder of a Diploma in Sugar Technology and a Diplome Supérieur en Administration des Entreprises, he joined the Group in 1978 to set up Ferney Spinning Mills Ltd. In 1980 he started Dyers and Finishers Ltd and in 1989 Consolidated Dyeing Col. Ltd respectively. In 2002 he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of CIEL Textile Ltd looking responsible for the Capital Intensive Operations of the Group.

	Eric DORCHIES Executive Director Woven Division Holder of a diploma from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Paris, he joined the group in 1998 as General Manager of Consolidated Fabrics Ltd and was appointed as Managing Director of Aquarelle Clothing Ltd in 2003.

	François EYNAUD Executive Director Tropic Knits François Eynaud: Holder of a diploma of "Grande Ecole de Commerce" in France. He worked 7 years in a French Telecommunication company as Export Manager prior to his return to Mauritius in 1991. After 3 years as Marketing Director in a Textile Agency he joined Tropic Knits in 1994 as Head of Marketing. He was appointed Executive Director of Tropic Knits in 2002.

	Nicolas MAIGROT Executive Director Knitwear Division Holder of a BSC in Management Sciences at the London School of Economics, he joined Floreal Knitwear Ltd in 1989. He moved to Aquarelle Clothing Limited in 1998 as Executive Director in the "Bottoms division" - division that closed during the Madagascar political crisis. He was then appointed for a short period as Chief Executive Officer of Aquarelle (shirts division) in 2002. During the same year, he was appointed as Executive Director of Floreal Knitwear Ltd.
