Tim Redman, a native of South Africa, holds a Postgraduate Degree in Architecture from the University of Cape Town. He previously worked for Hubbard Ford Partnership's London Office as an Architect. Tim Redman was also the Founding Director and Head of Sales and Marketing of Prospec Information Systems. From 1997-2001, he was at Bentel Abramson (now Bentel International), South Africa's largest retail architectural practice. This was followed by the position of CEO of Property Development at Colliers International (Pty) Ltd until 2003. Most recently, Tim Redman was asked in 2006 by the Ministry of Tourism for the Government of the Sultanate of Oman to form Omran, a private property development company. His tasks as CEO/COO included settling development contracts in Oman with international leading companies.
