Jean-Pierre DALAIS
Chief Executive Officer
Jean-Pierre Dalais is the Chief Executive Officer of CIEL Capital. After graduating with an MBA from The International University of America, he joined the Group after period at Arthur Andersen in Mauritius and France. He was initially closely involved with the industrial operations of the CIEL Group and played an active role in the development of the Group's operations both in Mauritius and internationally. Jean-Pierre Dalais was appointed CEO of CIEL Investment Limited in 2001 and is now CEO of CIEL Capital also.

Thierry HUGNIN
Chief Investment Officer
After qualifying as Chartered Accountant in England and Wales in 1993, Thierry Hugnin worked in investment banking, both in London and Mauritius. He later joined Blakeney Management, a London-based investment boutique, focusing in Africa and the Middle East. Since his return to Mauritius in 2003, he has been the Chief Investment Officer of CIL and is now that of CIEL Capital too.

Raj DOMUN
Senior Investment Executive
Raj Domun has studied in the UK for his ACCA and was admitted as Fellow of the Association in 2001. Before joining CIEL Capital in 2007, he has worked for Mauritius Telecom Ltd (MT), the leading incumbent telecommunications operator in Mauritius, for over 15 years. He worked as Finance Director for Southern Telecom (Pty) Ltd, one of MT's subsidiaries in South Africa. During the last five years, he has been working essentially on telecommunication opportunities outside Mauritius.

Samila SIVARAMEN
Senior Investment Executive
Samila Sivaramen graduated in commerce from the University of Melbourne, Australia in 1998. A Member of the ACCA since 2002, she has worked for International Financial Services Limited, one of the largest offshore management companies in Mauritius, for six years, before joining CIEL Investment in 2005 as Investment Executive.

Guillaume DALAIS
Senior Investment Executive
Guillaume completed a DUT en Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations (Specialisation Finance et Comptabilité) at Université de Montpellier II and graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Gestion, a French business school based in Paris, where he specialised in finance and accounting in 2005. Prior to joining CIEL Capital in 2008, Guillaume worked with Metier, a leading private equity firm based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and was actively involved in a number of investment and advisory transactions.

Nick WARTHER
Senior Investment Executive
Nick graduated from Bond University, Australia with first class honors in his Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Laws degree in 2003. Nick worked for international specialist banking group, Investec Bank (Australia) Limited, in the Property Investment Banking Division in Brisbane and Sydney specialising in structured finance, direct equity investments and advisory services for three years before joining CIEL Capital as a Senior Investment Executive. Prior to joining Investec, Nick worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Brisbane, Australia.
