Investment Portfolio Overview
As at 31st March 2010, the portfolio of investments totalled Rs 5.2bn. It is composed of about seven major investments across a number of sectors and includes a number of well-established companies. The main investments are in leisure and tourism,property and construction which together account for 71% of the portfolio's value.

Sun Resorts Limited is a major Mauritian hotel group that currently owns and manages four resorts in Mauritius - Le Touessrok, Sugar Beach Resort, La Pirogue and Le Coco Beach. The Company's flagship property is Le Touessrok, a five star luxury resort and member of the Leading Hotels of the World.
Constance Hotels Services Limited
Constance Hotels Services Limited (CHSL) is an upcoming tourism and leisure group in the Indian Ocean. Its two resorts in Mauritius, the prestigious Le Prince Maurice and Belle Mare Plage resorts, situated on two magnificent sites on the east coast of the island, Lémuria Resort in the Seychelles and a small luxury lodge in Nosy Be (Northern Madagascar) add to 604 rooms.

Ferney Ltd
Located in the South East region of the island, a region of outstanding natural beauty, the Ferney estate comprises of some 1,300 hectares of land under sugar cane cultivation and some 2, 000 hectares of managed greenwood land. The Ferney region is of great international importance with its unique natural heritage nested in the Ferney valley. The valley shelters some very rare species of endemic trees, amongst some were thought to be extinct for over 100 years, and some rare bird population can also be found.
With a well-preserved fauna and flora, the Ferney area also offers spectacular panoramic scenery over the east coast of the island an. And is of great historical importance, being the first place where the Dutch had arrived in 1598 and where sugar cane had first been introduced in 1639, in Mauritius.
CIEL Properties Ltd
CIEL Properties has the ambition to be the premier partner in the property development and leisure experience industry in its chosen markets. Its first project consists of the development of Anahita , an integrated resort currently under development on the East coast of Mauritius and which will also entail the management by CIEL Properties of most of the residences at Anahita. The company also aspires to develop and manage several other projects in the future.

Established since 2001, Execom Ltd is a leading call centre in Mauritius, specialised in telemarketing and crm solutions. Execom has an extensive experience for inbound and outbound operations, and is delivering value-added services in voice and high-end data operations, mostly on the French and US market. Considering its excellent performance and growth, Execom Ltd was acquired by CIEL Group in 2006 and has since then already setup a marketing office in Paris, to start delivering higher profile clients.
