Jerome de Chasteauneuf Jérôme de Chasteauneuf
Head of Finance
A Chartered Accountant of England and Wales, Jérôme de Chasteauneuf joined the CIEL Group in 1993 as Project Financier. He became Head of Finance in 2000 where he effectively leads the Corporate Finance and Treasury team of the Group. Alongside this main function, Jérôme de Chasteauneuf has been closely involved with CIEL Investment's investments and is active in providing Corporate Finance support to CIEL Capital.
   
Angélique A. Desvaux de Marigny

Angélique A. Desvaux de Marigny
Head of Legal Affairs & Compliance
Angélique A. Desvaux de Marigny has been has been practising as a litigation lawyer for the past six years as a tenant of De Spéville Sauzier Desvaux Chambers before joining the CIEL Group. She holds a LLB in English and French Law from King's College London, and a Maitrise en Droit Privé (Mention Droit des Affaires) from the Université de Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne). She did her vocational training at the Inns of Courts School of Law, London, and was admitted to the Mauritian Bar in 2001.
   
Clothilde de Comarmond Clothilde de Comarmond
Company Secretary
After having qualified as Chartered Secretary in South Africa, Clothilde de Comarmond joined the CIEL Group in 2000. She acts as Company Secretary for all companies of the CIEL Group on behalf of CIEL Corporate Services Ltd.
   
David Martial David Martial
Communication Manager
Holder of a Master and a DESS in Communication from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, David Martial started his career in 2000 at the Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd. He is, since 2006, the Communication Manager for the Group.
   
Shirley Chung How Shirley Chung How
Corporate Finance Executive
Shirley Chung How holds a Bsc (Honours) from the University of Mauritius and is a Chartered Certified Accountant (UK).  She started her professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, a leading financial advisory services firm, working in both assurance and corporate finance.  She worked for a local private equity management company before joining the CIEL Group as Corporate Finance Executive in 2008.
   
Danny Satuda Runghen Danny Satuda Runghen
Head of Treasury
Qualified as Chartered Certified Accountant UK in 1998, Danny Satuda Runghen joined CIEL Group in February 2006 as Head of the Treasury Department. Before joining the group he spent 7 years with Super Group Limited, a South African JSE Listed group of companies, as Financial Manager / Treasurer to all Mauritian based companies. He also worked for 3 years with Multiconsult Limited, an offshore management company, as Fund Administrator
