Arnaud Dalais
Chairman
CIEL Group
Holder of a diploma in Business Studies, Arnaud Dalais
joined the executive team of Deep River-Beau Champ Limited
and Floreal group in 1977 where he acted as Company Secretary.
He was appointed Board Member of these companies in 1989
and Group Chief Executive of CIEL Group in 1991. He assumed
various functions in private sector organisations, namely
as Chairman of the Mauritius Chamber of Agriculture, Chairman
of the Mauritius Sugar Syndicate and Chairman of the Joint
Economic Council. He acts as Director on the Board of
various listed companies. |

Jean-Pierre
DALAIS
Chief Executive Officer
CIEL Investment
Jean-Pierre Dalais is the Chief Executive Officer of CIEL
Capital. After graduating with an MBA from The International
University of America, he joined the Group after a period
at Arthur Andersen in Mauritius and France. He was initially
closely involved with the industrial operations of the
CIEL Group and played an active role in the development
of the Group's operations both in Mauritius and internationally.
Jean-Pierre Dalais was appointed CEO of CIEL Investment
Limited in 2001 and is now CEO of CIEL Capital also. |

Patrick
de Labauve d'Arifat
Chief Executive Officer
CIEL Agro-Industry
Patrick d'Arifat holds a BSC degree in Economics and Accountancy
from City University, London. He started his career with
the Mauritius Chamber of Agriculture in 1982. in 1991,
he was appointed Director of the Mauritius Sugar roducers
Association and joined CIEL Agro-industry as CEO in July
2001. Patrick d'Arifat has throughout those years been
closely associated with the policy formulation and implementation
of the modernization process of the sugar industry in
Mauritius and in the region. |

Harold
Mayer
Chief Executive Officer
CIEL Textile
Holder of a Bachelor of Commerce and qualified as Chartered
Accountant - South Africa, Harold Mayer joined the group
in 1989 where he was appointed as Head of Finance of New
Island Clothing Ltd. In 1995, he was appointed as General
Manager of Aquarelle Clothing Ltd and promoted as Chief
Operating Officer of the Clothing Operations. Since June
2006 he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of CIEL
Textile Group |

Jérôme
de Chasteauneuf
Head of Finance
CIEL Group
A Chartered Accountant of England and Wales, Jérôme
de Chasteauneuf joined the CIEL Group in 1993 as Project
Financier. He became Head of Finance in 2000 where he
effectively leads the Corporate Finance and Treasury team
of the Group. Alongside this main function, Jérôme
de Chasteauneuf has been closely involved with CIEL Investment's
investments and is active in providing Corporate Finance
support to CIEL Capital. |
