YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the COO you will be responsible of the overall HR functions of Fortis Clinique Darné:-

Manpower planning, Recruitment, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, Welfare, payroll etc..

YOUR PROFILE:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Degree in Human Resources Management or Equivalent acceptable qualifications.

Minimum 10 years working experience in a similar management position.

Experience in the service sector will be appreciated

 COMPETENCIES: 

• Demonstrated proficiency in policy development, documentation and implementation.
• Effective communicator
• Expert in Employment law and Industrial Relations
• Performance assessment & employee development proven track record.
• Compensation Management expertise
• Strong leadership & Management skills
• Well conversant with MS Office
