The Position

CIEL Corporate Services is recruiting a Communication & Events Officer to plan, coordinate or organise events for CIEL. The Communication & Events officer ensures the proper optimisation of CIEL’s image towards the targeted audiences, and does the follow up and monitoring of sponsoring activities/ projects.


The Communication & Events Officer will report to the Communication & HR Manager.



  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication
  • Minimum of 3 years’ in a similar position  
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
  • Ability to develop and implement new ideas
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, oral, written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude, creative and high level of energy
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well independently and within teams including adherence to core values and dynamic corporate culture
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
