	Tim Redman Chief Executive Officer CIEL Properties Tim Redman, a native of South Africa, holds a Postgraduate Degree in Architecture from the University of Cape Town. He previously worked for Hubbard Ford Partnership's London Office as an Architect. Tim Redman was also the Founding Director and Head of Sales and Marketing of Prospec Information Systems. From 1997-2001, he was at Bentel Abramson (now Bentel International), South Africa's largest retail architectural practice. This was followed by the position of CEO of Property Development at Colliers International (Pty) Ltd until 2003. Most recently, Tim Redman was asked in 2006 by the Ministry of Tourism for the Government of the Sultanate of Oman to form Omran, a private property development company. His tasks as CEO/COO included settling development contracts in Oman with international leading companies.

	Nicolas Vaudin General Manager CIEL Properties Nicolas Vaudin is the general manager of CIEL Properties, since January 2005, following an extensive career in the Mauritian tourism industry with Sun International/One & Only Resorts and the Sugar Beach Resort. He also worked at the Fort Lauderdale Marina Marriott in Florida. Nicolas Vaudin holds a Swiss Hotel Management Diploma from the Hotel Institute of Montreux and New Hampshire University and an MBA from the Surrey University, UK.

	François Mousseron Head of Marketing and Sales CIEL Properties François Mousseron holds a diploma of Juriste Conseil D'Entreprise (D.J.C.E.) from the University of Montpellier, Law School and an MBA in International Law from the University of Miami, Florida. François worked for the law firms Baker Mc & Kenzie and Coopers & Lybrand in Paris. He, then, worked for over 18 years as Director of the Palmar Group of Companies, a Mauritian textile group. Prior joining Ciel Properties, François was the Chief Executive Officer of Knights & Johns Management Ltd, a leading management company in Mauritius.

	Nick Warther Senior Investment Executive CIEL Properties Nick graduated from Bond University, Australia with first class honors in his Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Laws degree in 2003. Nick worked for international specialist banking group, Investec Bank (Australia) Limited, in the Property Investment Banking Division in Brisbane and Sydney specialising in structured finance, direct equity investments and advisory services for three years before joining CIEL Capital as a Senior Investment Executive. Prior to joining Investec, Nick worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Brisbane, Australia.

	Stephanie Domaingue Operations Manager CIEL Properties Stephanie Domaingue holds a Maîtrise des Sciences de Gestion (degree in management) from the French university Paris Dauphine. Stephanie has worked for 2 years as financial analyst for DCDM Financial Services Ltd before joining CIEL Properties in August 2006 as Project Coordinator.
